For years, the iconic Náutic restaurant was synonymous with Mediterranean cuisine by the sea, offering authentic flavors, tapas, carefully prepared rice dishes, and a distinctive coastal atmosphere.

Now, under the name L’Autentico by Francesco, we keep that Mediterranean legacy alive while giving it a fresh new identity, blending it with the most genuine Italian culinary traditions.

Our menu is born from the combination of tradition, quality ingredients, and the culinary personality of our chef, Francesco Peretto. It brings together the classic dishes that won the hearts of so many guests at Náutic over the years with the essence of authentic Italian cuisine that defines Francesco’s style.

After more than 20 years living in Spain, Francesco has perfected the art of preparing exceptional paellas. Throughout this time, he has gained an in-depth understanding of the Mediterranean rice tradition, learning to respect the ingredients, cooking times, and small details that make all the difference.

Our menu is completed by a carefully selected range of premium-quality meats and fish, prepared with the same respect for the ingredients. Prime cuts are grilled or oven-roasted to perfection, enhanced with simple side dishes that allow their natural flavors to shine. When it comes to fish, we choose fresh ingredients, prepared using precise techniques and paired with Mediterranean flavors that bring balance and lightness to every dish.

This way, those who already knew Náutic’s cuisine will once again find some of the flavors they enjoyed so much. We wanted to preserve that connection with our history by bringing back recipes that hold special memories for many of our guests and reinterpreting them with a fresh, contemporary approach.

But our evolution doesn’t stop there. We proudly incorporate Italian recipes such as fresh, handmade pasta, prepared daily with carefully selected ingredients, delicate sauces, and flavorful combinations.

We also serve stone-baked pizzas with crispy dough and Mediterranean and Italian ingredients, just as tradition intended. Every pizza is a true expression of authenticity: from the flour and tomato sauce to the mozzarella and extra virgin olive oil, finished with carefully selected toppings.
